Recruitment


Below are the different positions available, not much will be accepted until much of the first game
has been planned out and we get a lead programmer. As I Tieden am much more of an artist then a
programmer, and the main programming needs, should be planned out before the project gets too big.

Applicants should post that they want to join in the appropriate forum.




Project Leader:
Resposible for keeping order and that the project goes on.

Designer:
Resposible for the designe of the games; such as story, setting, puzzles, and gameplay.

Graphics Directer:
Responsible for establishing the look of the games.

Lead Programmer:
Responsible for organizing the group of Programers and hopefully minimal programing of the engine.

Lead 2d Graphics Artist:
Responsible for 2d design of games, and organizing teams of 2d artists.

Lead 3d Graphics Artist:
Responsible for 3d design of games, and organizing teams of 3d artists.

Lead Audio Artist:
Responsible for overall sound design and direction of the games, and organizing Audio teams.

Lead Website Designer:
Responsible for design and maintenance of the Project Kilo Website.


Team developers:
Programmers
2d artists
3d artists
Texture artists
SFX Artists
Music Artists
Web Designers

Trainees:
For those who would like to take part in the above jobs but don't feel that their skills
would be up to par to be on the actual team you may join the trainee groups of any of the above
To learn and contribute to the Project. Not much will be expected of you and won't hold near as
much responcibility as the above.
Then once you feel that your skills are high enough then you may join as a developer.
